A low cost alternative to our silicone breastforms are those foam breasts. The backside is slightly concave (hollow) so that you can easily hide away a small own breast.
Material is soft and lissomely and you can wear them as inlay in any bra. So if you are searching for a cheap solution this might be a real alternative. Cleaning can easily be done with mild soap and warm water.
