Order Processing

Most items are shipped the business day following the day we receive your payment. We will contact you by e-mail if your purchase will take longer to ship and let you know when it is expected to leave. In case of partial shipment your shipment charges will be inclueded in the invoice of your partial shipment. You do not have to pay again for shipment when backordered items are shipped.

All our packages are shipped out by recorded delivery and if we are notified of non-receipt , we will replace any lost parcel and correspond with our forwarder to locate or reimburse the lost parcel. Risk is totally on our side, as we only ship out as insured pakage. Prices for shipment to the different locations is shown in a separate table.  

Privacy/Discretion Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share your personal information with any third parties. We are very aware of many of our customers requirement for discretion. All goods are sent in plain packaging, with your name and address and the following discret return address in case of none-delivery : absolutely Special-Trade GmbH, Hans-Bunte-Str.41, 90431 Nuremberg, Germany.

Paying for your order

At the present time we do accept payment by

- Credit Card (please aknowledge your credit card information either through telephone, letter or fax)

- International Order Cheque
- International Postal Orders
- International Money Orders
- Cash as registered letter

Details of bank information or paypal account will be sent to you, after you placed an order and we will supply you with an order confirmation with all the necessary details

Return Policy

You have the right to return items you bought within a period of 14 days. As some might be on its way longer, please be so kind and inform us about those returns in advance by e-mail. Please use the following e-mail :

You will be responsible for the cost of shipment you want to return to us. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition. New and unworn means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product. All returns must be in original packaging. We will not accept a return if the item shows any indication that it has been used. We think this is more than fair, as you don`t want to buy anything as "new" if it was worn by somebody else, correct?

Notice for wigs: 
wigs can be tried on, but in case of returnment they do need to be in genuine condition, this means in detail: they are returned incl. label, hair net and original, not damaged packaging. The wig does not have been scrubbed, is not allowed to smell and should not contain any materials such as make-up, hair-spray or any styling products.

The cost of the merchandise is the amount that will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please let us know, if you have any concerns about our return policy.

Shipping Charges

Please use the table we prepared with all national and international shipping charges for you. If you do need any extras on delivery, please contact us per e-mail: info@special-trade.de we will try to be as helpful as we can.

Regarding International Purchases

We really do welcome orders from outside of Germany, but please be aware that as we do not have control over the Postal Service overseas, it might sometimes take a bit longer than prospected to reach you. Mainly we do work for shipments leaving Germany with Deutsche Post AG and in some cases, there is no tracking system available. But, as we only do ship insured packages, the risk of loss is totally on our side. You do not have to bear any costs involved if the package gets lost, and you will surely get a replacement delivery free of charge for you.

Also, please be aware that you are responsible for any custom duties, taxes and clearance fees that may be charged by the authorities of your country. If you do have any further questions, please feel free to contact us all the time.

Regulation on packaging

To fulfill our obligation with regard to the new regulation on packaging, we joined the dual system of Zentek.

It is exclusively the German law which is applicable. Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods (according to the Hague Convention). Place of execution and jurisdiction is Nuremberg, Germany.
