The breast forms used in our BreastBra (and extremely large silicone breasts in open bra) do have an integrated Velcro system. This means you can attach the forms backwards inside the bra, as the opposite is sewed in the bra. They do stay perfectly in place and there is no further equipment necessary for attachment.
Breast forms can easily be taken out the bra and both can be cleaned separately.
The exposed lace bra is available in black, white, red or beige colours.
