Self-adhesive velcro plaster which will be placed on your chest and then only stick on your breast forms (our article Classic Velcro).
It is easy to handle and you can leave this plaster on your chest for up to 10 days before you need to remove it. You can certainly take a shower, go to sleep with it and do whatever you like. Once removed, you do need to replace it by a new one, as it loses adhesive power when taken off.
